Refund policy

 

There is a 7 day window for returns/refunds after the delivery date.  This accords with the print carrier's delivery window to report any errors to ensure the order details meet with customers' satisfaction. 

The procedure is as follows:

1) You will receive detailed pictures of your order after it delivers in an email confirmation to report any errors.

2) Respond to the email to accept the order or report any errors at this time.  Be aware too that slight differences in color may occur as items can appear differently on devices with various resolution schemes.

3)  If you reject any item(s) in the order, refunds will be issued according to the policies of the print carrier based only on material gross defects and errors.

Please also note:

* If an item is still received defective or damaged by the carrier during delivery, you will be emailed a shipping label to download, print and send with the defective item(s) for a refund with free shipping. Please send an email to info@divineartsboutique.shop with an explaination, detailed description and pictures in this case to forward to the print carrier.  As most boutique items are small,  non-fragile and also securely packaged, this will be a rare possibility.

* Customer remorse due to ordering the wrong product or no longer wanting it, while may be reported, will most likely not be supported by the print carrier for returns as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure order details are correct before submitting them.  If there is a gross or material error/defect, however, please report this in the order confirmation email and apply for a refund within the 7 day delivery window then.

*Refunds only apply to ordered item(s) in new condtion or unopened and still in the orginal packaging or never used.

* Product(s) ordered during Christmas is granted an extension for return/refunds.  That is, orders made between December 24, 2023 - January 1, 2024 are allowed refunds for 14 days from the date of delivery.

*If an order is returned to the sender (i.e. the print provider) due to incorrect shipping information, a refund will be issued in this case
